Pre Season Programs

TRY Lacrosse: (Feb) Offered early in the new year this FREE program is for new players looking to get a feel for the sport of lacrosse. We off 4 weeks of free training with our coaches to help decide if lacrosse is something your child is interested in. Our coaches will teach basic skills in a fun and pressure free environment. Equipment is provided for those who need it.

Winter Skills:  (Feb-Apr) NEW for the 2024 season! Any player who registers for the regular season is welcome to attend our pre-season winter program. This is a chance to dust the sticks off for returning players and new players to get involved in a fun atmosphere. Team building, skills development and early training is the goal of this program.

Regular Season Programs:

Tiny Titans ( Ages 3-4 years old) May-June:         1 hour 1 day a week        Co-ed

Our Tiny Titans is an entry level program to introduce the fun of lacrosse to our little ones. For the 2023 season we are introducing an all new curriculum for our program. We have partnered with experienced lacrosse players, coaches and education workers to develop programming that will work on developing confidence and building skills while keeping kids engaged. Focus will be placed on hand eye coordination, teamwork and personal growth. We will be using smaller nets, crease aids and soft balls.  No Contact.

Equipment needed: Helmet, Gloves, running shoes and stick

Learn to Play Girls Field Lacrosse (Ages 4-12) May- June:       Girls Only

A 6 week confidence building program designed to empower girls and teach them the basics of field lacrosse. This program will return for the 2024 Season and offer additional programming for 2nd year players. More details to come.

Intro to competitive (Ages 5-6 years old) Apr-July :     Co-ed

The U7 intro to competitive program is designed to bridge the gap from local league or tiny titans into a competitive or rep program. With a mix of practices, mini games and some local games these players will begin to experience lacrosse in a more engaging way. This age group has no contact to help focus on learning the rules of game play and build confidence. There is the potential to participate in a one day all U7 tournament that is a great time for the kids with pizza, bounce castles and mascots.

Equipment needed: Helmet with cage, Gloves, Jock/Jill, mouth guard, running shoes and stick
